Design innovation

We apply anthropomorphic thinking to product and service design to humanise concepts and ensure they are on-brand - via brand personality guidelines, digital interaction guidelines and proof-of-concept prototypes.

Example:

During a recent engagement we designed several WAP lifestyle applications for a range of colour mobile phones. We produced day-in-the-life scenarios that illustrated a variety of situations in which the applications would be used by people at work, rest and play. We then worked with the development team to translate these scenarios into a comprehensive set of use-cases, screen-flows and technical requirements.
