Digital Interaction Guidelines We produce guidelines for the design of digital products & services that conform to a defined brand personality in the areas of style, language, behaviour & etiquette. These guidelines translate brand values into interactive elements of the customer experience that ensure the brand personality is consistent and coherent across all digital channels. We also create links between channels so that the customer journey is continuous regardless of which interface is being used.
